Troubleshooting: Description not displaying

If you've added a description to your event and it is not displaying, follow the steps below:

Info
When a Description Is Added at Event Creation
If a description is included when the event is created, the description block is automatically visible on the event listing page. No further action is required.

When a Description Is Added After Event Creation
If the event was created without a description, you will need to add a description block manually after adding your text.

Follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to the Event dashboard

  2. Click on the Customise event page button located over the event image (top of the page).

  3. Scroll down the page and click on the + Add block button.

  4. Click on the Add description block button.

  5. Give the block a title and optionally reposition it on the page; when done click on Publish changes.

Once published, the event description will be visible to customers on the event listing page.
