Refund cancellation fee

The Refund Cancellation Fee feature allows you to apply a cancellation fee when processing a customer refund. This can help recover administration or booking costs when issuing refunds.

Before you start: The Refund Cancellation Fee feature is not enabled by default.

If you would like access to this feature, please contact Support and request that it be enabled for your account.

How to apply a refund cancellation fee

1. Locate the customer's order and begin the refund process as you normally would.

2. Select the items you wish to refund.

3. Enter the cancellation fee amount in the Cancellation Fee field.

4. Review the refund summary to ensure the refund and fee amounts are correct.

5. Complete the refund.
