Removing the order fee for complimentary tickets
Order fees apply to the entire basket and cannot be excluded for specific ticket types. However, if you're processing the order through the Box Office, there's a workaround available.
To remove the order fee in Box Office:
Select the required tickets and add them to the basket.
Proceed to checkout.
Select Add custom discount.
4. Enter the value of the order fee and press the enter arrow to apply the discount.
Your order will now be displayed as Free
