How customers can rebook tickets
This article explains how customers can rebook their tickets to a different date or time, where rebooking is available.
Before you start
Please note the following before attempting to rebook tickets:
- Customers can only rebook tickets for events that are within the same schedule.
- Rebooking is not enabled by default and must be switched on by the organiser. For instructions, see Manage schedules.
- Customers must have an account to rebook tickets. Tickets purchased as a guest cannot be rebooked until an account is created.
How customers rebook tickets
1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Orders.
3. Click on the order you would like to amend.
4. Select the Move dates button.
5. Choose your new preferred date.
6. If the event uses timeslots, select a new timeslot.
7. Choose the same ticket type.
- Tickets can only be moved to another ticket of the same value.
- For example:
- An Adult ticket can only be moved to another Adult ticket.
- A Phase 1 ticket cannot be moved to a Phase 2 ticket.
- A Standard ticket cannot be changed to a Concession ticket.
8. Click Submit to confirm your changes.
