How customers can share tickets

This article explains how customers can transfer tickets to someone else using their online account, either by email or by sharing a link.

Before you start

  1. Customers must have an online account to transfer tickets.
  2. Tickets purchased as a guest cannot be transferred until an account has been created using the same email address used at checkout.

How to transfer tickets

1. Log in to your account
Customers should log in to their online account. If the tickets were purchased as a guest, an account must first be created.

2. Open purchased items
Once logged in, go to the profile area and select Purchased items.

3. Find the ticket
Locate the ticket you wish to transfer.

4. Select transfer
Click the drop-down arrow next to Download and choose Transfer.

5. Choose how to transfer
Tickets can be transferred in one of two ways:
  1. Email transfer: Enter the recipient’s full name and email address.
  2. Share via URL: Generate a link that can be shared directly.
6. Set the timing
Choose whether to transfer the ticket immediately or schedule it for a later date.

Once completed, the ticket will be transferred according to the selected method and timing.
