Manage ticket sales channels

Manage ticket sales channels

This article explains how to control where tickets can be sold from, either via the online Shop or through the Box Office. This is useful if you want to restrict sales to one channel only or temporarily pause sales in a specific location.

You can choose whether a ticket is available for purchase via the Shop, the Box Office, or both.

1. Open the relevant event.
2. Navigate to the ticket editing page for the ticket you want to update.
3. Under Pricing, locate the Shop and Box Office options.
4. Click Shop or Box Office to disable sales for that channel.
When an option is greyed out, sales via that channel are disabled.
5. To re-enable sales, click the Shop or Box Office option again so it is no longer greyed out.
6. Click Save and submit to apply the changes.

Additional notes
  1. Disabling Shop sales will prevent customers from purchasing tickets online, while still allowing Box Office sales if enabled.
  2. Disabling Box Office sales will prevent staff from selling tickets internally, while still allowing online purchases if enabled.
  3. Changes take effect once the ticket is saved and submitted.
