If a customer would like to claim a refund through Refund Protect Group, the request must be submitted directly to the refund protection provider. This cannot be processed directly within the platform.
Customers can submit their claim in one of the following ways:
1. Via their order confirmation email
The customer should open their order confirmation email and scroll to the bottom, where they will find a dedicated link to submit a claim.
2. Via the online claim form
Customers can also submit a claim directly using the form here:
They will need to enter their booking reference along with the required details to complete the submission.
Once submitted, the refund protection provider will review the request and manage the outcome of the claim directly with the customer.
