Release: March 2026

Release: March 2026

17 December 2025 – 3 March 2026

🚀 New features

1. New timeslot and schedule selection

A new list-based timeslot and schedule selection interface is now available in Shop. The updated UI is more accessible and mobile-friendly, and organises large numbers of timeslots into morning, afternoon, and evening groups to help customers find what they need quickly.

The new UI also supports selecting timeslots from other dates, or choosing events within a repeat schedule.

2. Bulk refund improvements

Filters can now be applied to the order list when bulk refunding an event, allowing you to target orders made with a specific payment method or through a particular sales channel.

The refund type input is now included directly in the bulk refund interface, giving you the same refund options available for individual orders. Cancellation fees can also be configured as part of a bulk event refund.

3. Secure QR codes and digital passes

The Apple Passes section under Event Media has been renamed to Mobile Wallet Designs. The updated mobile wallet designer lets you create stylish passes for multiple platforms at the same time, with a 1:1 live preview of your customer’s digital pass.

For events with secure QR codes enabled, the download page in Shop has been refreshed into a digital pass page. This will roll out to all events in a future update.

Items with secure barcodes no longer display the barcode directly. Instead, a Secure Barcode badge is shown. In admin, the secure barcode can be toggled off by clicking the badge or downloading the item.

4. Updated seating plan experience and returns

The seating plan purchase experience in Shop has been redesigned to be consistent with the rest of the platform, and to bring returns (resale) selling directly into the seating plan.

When a customer selects a seat or general admission, it immediately appears at the top of their selection list so they can take action straight away, such as choosing a ticket or a returns (resale) listing.

Returns (resale) seats and general admissions are now shown as available within Shop. When selected, customers can see other seats or spaces grouped with their selection. Seats and general admissions cannot be grouped together for returns (resale), and spaces in different areas cannot be grouped either.

General admissions appear once in the selection list. After selecting one, customers can choose the number of tickets they need. Any returns (resale) listings in a general admission appear below the regular ticket options.

When listing items for returns (resale), customers now have the option to select all items at once. Extra restrictions have been added to prevent incompatible groupings.

The seating plan filter UI has been updated and now includes returns (resale) as a filter option. In admin, you can see at a glance whether a booked ticket is listed for returns (resale).

5. Updated item selection

Customers see a Select call-to-action button on any unselected item, replacing the quantity selector set to 0. Once an item is selected and a higher quantity is possible, the quantity selector appears. If only one quantity is available, the selector displays as ‘Selected × 1’ (or the amount chosen).

✨ Functionality enhancements

1. Event Schedules Report

A new Event Schedules Report provides a high-level overview of all configured schedules. The existing Event Report has also been extended to include all new settings and configuration options.

2. Refund protection status in APIs and reports

The refund protection status is now included in the orders and order items APIs, and in attendance reports. You can filter by status (protected, unprotected, or claimed) directly from the report.

3. Reply-to email address support

You can now set an optional reply-to email address at the reseller and company level in hub, giving you more control over how customers respond to outgoing emails.

4. Refund protection in Box Office

Refund protection can now be issued through the Box Office. This is a gated feature. Please contact Support if you would like to enable this feature in your account.

🎨 Design improvements

1. Holds data on the event dashboard

Hold name, ID, and capacity information is now displayed directly on the event dashboard, making it easier to check holds without navigating away.

2. Improved order item UI on mobile

The order item interface has been updated to work better on mobile devices.

3. Multi-select input accessibility

The multi-select input used in reports and event filters has been updated with improved accessibility, including keyboard navigation and other quality-of-life enhancements.

4. Automatic event name resizing

Event names on the admin event dashboard and in Shop header now automatically resize to fit the available space based on their length. Names longer than 200 characters may be shortened on some screen sizes.

5. Gift voucher administration improvements

Sales counts and redemption totals are now shown on the Gift Voucher index page. The redemption status is consistently presented throughout admin, including in reports and attendance views. A redeemed status filter is also now available in attendance reports via the item status filter.

6. Box office domain selection

You can now specify which domain to use when entering box office mode. This allows staff to bypass external waiting rooms, firewalls, and other DNS-related restrictions when needed.
