🚀 New features

1. Pricing history

You can now view a full log of price changes on any event, including whether each change was made manually by a user or triggered by dynamic pricing. This makes it easier to audit and understand how ticket prices have evolved over time.

2. Returns notifications

Additional returns notifications are now available for customers selling their tickets. When enabled, customers are notified both when their listing goes live and when their items sell. These are sent in addition to existing order-related emails.

Returns notifications can be configured at the company level, and can also be overridden within individual event-level returns settings. All email wording is fully customisable via the Text Manager in admin, select the Returns emails category to manage the copy.

3. Samsung Wallet support

Customers with Samsung Galaxy devices can now save their tickets directly to Samsung Wallet. Downloaded passes automatically reflect the colours and images you’ve configured in your Mobile Wallet Designs.

4. Stay22 hotel integration (available on request)

A new Stay22 integration lets customers browse nearby hotel accommodation without leaving your platform. When enabled, a Stay22 hotel map replaces the default Google Maps block and is displayed alongside the order summary on the order success page.

✨ Functionality enhancements

1. Bulk refund improvements

Delayed (non-instant) refunds are no longer incorrectly flagged as failing in the summary email. In-flight refunds are now tracked from start to finish, giving you better visibility on bulk refund progress. Once all refunds have finished processing, a final “bulk refund update” email is sent automatically.

2. Future access codes visible in admin

Future access codes are no longer filtered out of the admin index page by default, making them easier to find and manage without needing to adjust filters.

3. Improved ticket download options

The “Download” button has been renamed to Save to device. When multiple ticket formats are available, customers are now presented with a clear list of options to choose from, making it easier to pick the format that suits them
🎨 Design improvements

1. Schedule sub-groups in the ticket shop

Schedule sub-groups can now be made visible to customers in the ticket shop, helping you better communicate the structure of scheduled events.

2. Per-item fees shown in basket

Each fee in the basket now displays its relationship to the relevant sale item, so customers can clearly see why a fee has been applied.

3. Descriptions shown in the schedule modal

Event and schedule descriptions are now displayed in the item selection modal. Where available, the schedule description takes priority; otherwise, the event description is used as a fallback.

4. Smarter drag-and-drop reordering

When reordering items, all other controls are disabled to prevent accidental changes. Items now save only when you click Save and not immediately after dragging.

5. Improved seating plan labelling

The first seat label field now automatically switches between numeric and alphabetical input depending on your configuration, and correctly sets values even when skipping is enabled.

6. Auto-select single timeslot or event

When only one timeslot or scheduled event is available, it is now automatically selected for customers browsing in the shop, reducing unnecessary clicks.

7. Report settings moved to a dedicated area

All report settings have been moved into a dedicated settings section, separate from filters, for a cleaner and more organised reporting experience.

8. Gift vouchers infinite scroll

The Gift Vouchers index page in admin now uses infinite scroll, removing the need to paginate through large lists.
