Release: December 2025

Release: December 2025

20 October  2025 – 17 December 2025

🚀 New features

1. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

App-based two-factor authentication is now generally available across Hub and Admin. 2FA can be enabled and managed from Your Profile in your account settings.
We recommend enabling 2FA on all admin accounts for enhanced security.

2. Unified Shop Login

The login experience during checkout has been redesigned to reduce friction and help customers move through the process faster.

New users are automatically presented with the Continue as Guest journey by default, with the option to register if they prefer.

If the email address entered belongs to an existing customer, the password field is revealed so they can log in to their account.
If a customer previously signed in with a social login provider, the system will display a visual indicator so they can continue with the same account seamlessly.

3. Resale (Returns)

This release introduces version 1 of our Resale (Returns) product. Resale (Returns) sits alongside primary ticket sales, giving customers the confidence to purchase verified resale (returns) tickets.

Resale (Returns) Settings
The resale (returns) experience is fully customisable to suit your organisation's needs. Defaults can be defined at the company level, and customers can list eligible items for resale (returns) directly from their account.

Purchase Flow
Once listed, resale (returns) tickets are made available to buyers alongside primary tickets for both seated (including General Admission) and non-seated events.

Seller Payouts
Once resale (returns) items have been sold, sellers can receive their payout through configurable mechanisms such as the primary online payment method or to their account balance.

Payout settings can be configured within your account. Contact Support if you need assistance setting up resale (returns) for your organisation.
