Managing a schedule

Managing a schedule

You can manage all schedule settings from the Schedule Dashboard. This allows you to control how events are displayed, configure rebooking permissions and add or view events within the schedule.

Accessing schedule settings
  1. Navigate to the Schedule dashboard.
  2. Select Schedule settings.
From here, you can manage the following options.

Change the schedule type

Select the schedule type that best fits the events within your schedule.

Mixed events
Mixed events are related but unique events.
  1. A dedicated schedule listing page is used to allow customers to navigate between dates.
  2. You can apply a heading text and description to the listing page.
  3. Enable listing dates is turned on by default. This displays the start and end dates for the schedule in the listing page header.
  4. You can apply an image to the schedule. For guidance, see the Customising Schedule Images help article.
Repeating events
Repeating events are identical events.
  1. A schedule calendar is displayed in the item modal, allowing customers to browse all available dates from any event page.
  2. If you want a listing page for repeating events, toggle on Enable schedule listing page.

Rename season ticket label

You can rename the schedule ticket label.
  1. The default label is Season Ticket.
  2. This can be customised to better suit your event or organisation.

Edit rebooking settings

Configure who can rebook orders within this schedule and when.
Rebooking allows orders to be moved to a different event date within the same schedule for the same price value.

Staff Rebooking
  1. This allows staff to move a customer’s order between dates if they need to reschedule.
  2. Staff rebooking is enabled by default.
  3. You can set how many days before the event staff are allowed to move orders. This is defaulted to zero but can be adjusted.
Customer Rebooking
  1. You can optionally allow customers to rebook their own orders.
  2. If enabled, customers can move their orders to a new date within the same schedule via My Account.
  3. You can set how many days before the event customers are allowed to move orders. This is defaulted to zero but can be adjusted.

Add more events

You can add additional events to an existing schedule.

Mixed schedules
Option 1: Schedule new event
Add repeat events where all events share the same configuration and title. This is useful when event information does not change.

Option 2: Attach existing event
Add existing events with different configurations and titles. This is useful when event details vary between dates.

Repeating schedules
Add repeating events where all events share the same configuration and title. This is ideal when information remains consistent across all dates.

View the schedule

Select View schedule to be redirected to the schedule listing page. This allows you to preview exactly what customers will see.
