Edit rebooking settings
Configure who can rebook orders within this schedule and when.
Rebooking allows orders to be moved to a different event date within the same schedule for the same price value.
Staff Rebooking
- This allows staff to move a customer’s order between dates if they need to reschedule.
- Staff rebooking is enabled by default.
- You can set how many days before the event staff are allowed to move orders. This is defaulted to zero but can be adjusted.
Customer Rebooking
- You can optionally allow customers to rebook their own orders.
- If enabled, customers can move their orders to a new date within the same schedule via My Account.
- You can set how many days before the event customers are allowed to move orders. This is defaulted to zero but can be adjusted.

You can add additional events to an existing schedule.
