Customising schedule images
This guide explains how to upload and customise images used in different parts of your event schedule, including the thumbnail, header, and sharing image.
Accessing Schedule Settings
1. Go to the Event Dashboard.
2. Select Manage Schedule from the top right-hand corner.
3. Click on Schedule Settings from the top right-hand corner.
4. Select Change next to the image you'd like to update.

By default, the image you upload for the Schedule Thumbnail will also be used for the Schedule Header and Schedule Sharing Image. If you'd prefer to customise each image individually, you can do so by selecting Change on the relevant image field.
Image requirements:
- Accepted file types: .jpg, .png
- Minimum resolution: 600 × 300px
- Maximum resolution: 1800 × 900px
- Recommended aspect ratio: 2:1
