Uploading images when creating an event
This guide explains how to upload an image when creating a new event, and outlines the specifications required to ensure it displays correctly across all placements (thumbnail, header, and sharing image).
To add an image to a new event:
1. Navigate to Events > Create an Event
2. Click Add Image
3. Crop the image if needed
Image requirements:
Accepted file types: .jpg / .png
Minimum resolution: 600×300px
Maximum resolution: 1800×900px
Aspect ratio: 2:1
The image you upload will automatically be used for the thumbnail, header and sharing image. If you'd like to customise these individually, you can do so from the event dashboard after saving the event. Click here to learn more.
