Resending or viewing the order confirmation email

To resend the order confirmation email customers receive or to view if a customer has previously received their email confirmation, follow these steps:


1. Open the relevant order 
2. In the top right corner, click the View email log button

3. Choose one of the following options: 
  1. Resend order confirmation - This lets you send the original confirmation email. You can also update the recipient's email address and optionally include a custom message at the top of the email
  2. View customer's emails - Review the email content, the date and time it was sent, and other related details.
