Change order: reallocate seats

Change order: reallocate seats

Scenario: a customer has bought tickets for an event with a seating plan and wants to change their seat to a different area of the plan. Assuming they are moving tickets within the same price band, you can simply reallocate their seats.

REALLOCATE SEATS

Open event in which the seats were booked and click on Manage seating plan from the right hand side options.

1. Click on the seat purchased by the customer on the seating map.
2. Click Reallocate and then select a new seat on the seating map for the customer.

3. After selecting the new seat, confirm by clicking Reallocate again.

Repeat these steps for any other seats they want to reallocate.
Optionally, choose to regenerate the ticket barcode and/or send the customer a confirmation email about their seat change.
