The Basket size limit allows you to control the maximum number of items a customer can add to a single order in your online shop.
This limit applies globally across your account, meaning it affects all events and products. It includes all item types in the basket, such as: Tickets, products, fees, donations etc
How to change the Basket size limit
1. Navigate to Settings > General settings from the left-menu panel
2. Locate the Basket size limit field.
3. Enter the maximum number of items you would like customers to be able to purchase in a single order.
4. Click Submit to save your changes.
Default and maximum limits
Leaving the basket size limit field blank will use the platform default of 50 items.
The maximum value that can be set is 300 items. This is a hard system limit and cannot be exceeded.
Note: This setting only applies to the online shop. It is not applied to Box Office sales. For Box Office sales, please contact Support to amend this for you.
