Finding customer orders

Finding customer orders

This article explains how to locate a customer’s order in the platform using the Orders page, filters, or the global search. This is useful when you need to review order details, provide customer support or manage bookings.

How to find an order via the Orders page

1. From the left-hand menu, go to Sales & Reporting > Orders.
2. On the Orders page, open the Filters panel on the left-hand side.
3. Use the available filters to search for the order. The most common details to search by are:
  1. Customer email
  2. Customer name
  3. Order reference
4. Once you have found the correct order, select it from the list to view the full details.
Alert
To improve performance, a one-month date filter is applied by default across the platform. You can adjust or remove this filter to search older orders or all orders.

1. Use the search bar in the top left of the platform.
2. Enter the customer’s details or order reference.
3. Ensure the search filter is set to Orders.
4. Select the relevant order from the results.
